Area cities have set dates for their respective State of the City messages with Tigard Mayor Yi-Kang Hu leading the pack Monday, April 13, at Broadway Rose Theater, 12850 S.W. Grant Ave.
A reception with light appetizers and refreshments begins at 5:30 p.m.
