Man, 60, dies after crashing into tree off Hwy 155 in Lake Isabella

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A driver has died after crashing into a tree off Highway 155 in the Lake Isabella area Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At around 5:14 p.m. April 9, CHP Bakersfield Area units responded to Highway 155, west of Air Force Way for reports of a solo crash involving a sedan, officials said.

Investigators said a 60-year-old man was driving a 2004 Toyota Camry westbound on Highway 155 at an unknown rate of speed.
