Goodwill of Middle Georgia and CSRA threw open its doors for the Masters week sale on April 6. Shoppers had queued up before 8 a.m. at three spots across town. The stores on Walton Way and Washington Road in Augusta, plus Knox Avenue in North Augusta, stocked donated golf shirts, cups, bags, hats, cookbooks, books, and flags.
Amber Roberson and her friends arrived at 4:47 a.m. to stake their claim outside the Washington Road spot. This marked her fourth year attending the sale.
“The first time we just walked in and saw all the Masters stuff, and we were like this is so cool,” Roberson said, per Post and Courier…
