Buffalo man arrested after gun and drug seizure

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was arrested Thursday after police executed a search warrant on Comstock Avenue, recovering drug paraphernalia and other items, officials said Friday.

A gun, magazines, ammunition, suspected cocaine, suboxone and drug paraphernalia were seized by law enforcement during the search.

35-year-old Keontae Fisher has been charged with the following:

  • Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon (one count)
  • Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon (four counts)
  • Fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (one count)
  • Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (one count)
  • Second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (two counts)
  • Controlled substance in a non-original container (one count)

Police said Fisher has two prior felony convictions.
