Hunan By the Falls at 508 Washington St. in South Russell was temporarily closed April 2 after its food service operation license was suspended by the Geauga County Health Department.
The restaurant could reopen by April 17 as long as restaurant staff completes training, corrects violations and the facility passes a reinspection.
