A daytime argument on Detroit’s east side turned violent yesterday when gunfire erupted, leaving a man wounded, police said. The shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. on Maddelein Street near 7 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue. The victim was taken to a Metro Detroit hospital and is expected to survive.
