COLUMBUS, Ohio — A woman seen in a previously released video of a physical altercation inside Franklin County Juvenile Court says she wants charges filed against a former bailiff involved in the incident.
The video, first obtained by 10TV, shows an encounter between adults on the sixth floor of the courthouse on March 24. The woman in the video, Victoria Perkins, spoke exclusively with 10TV’s Lacey Crisp.
