Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies have charged a woman in the Town of Hanover after two children — ages five and six — were found outside, wearing only diapers, playing near railroad tracks Friday morning. Deputies were called to the scene shortly after 9:30 AM and found that the children’s mother, 39-year-old Holly Bish, allegedly provided inadequate guardianship and lack of supervision to both children, who were outside for approximately two hours. Bish was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
