CARLISLE, Pa. — A Cumberland County man has been accused of stealing money from an elderly victim after she fell down.
Alphonso Williams Jr., 35, is charged with theft by unlawful taking and driving under a suspended license in connection to the alleged incident, which occurred around 3 a.m. Friday at a Carroll Fuel Mart on the 300 block of N. Hanover Street in Carlisle, according to police.
