A new food truck-based cafe spot is in the works in Jacksonville. The location at 5615 Normandy Blvd was formerly home to a Rally’s location, and now preparations are being made for a new food trailer with outdoor seating to turn the lot into a great spot to hang out.
At the heart of the project is Blackberry Creamery & Cafe, the food truck opening on the lot.
“It will be primarily ice cream, lemonade, and some desserts,” owner Raymond Paulk told What Now on Friday. “It’s going to be a food trailer lot, so there are going to be other food trailers too.”…
