HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit by two women who were seriously injured in a Huntsville police chase.
Tammie Smith Ward and Leann Bush Covington were hurt when Tristen Powell crashed into their car while trying to escape police in 2023.
