LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police are searching for a teenage suspect who allegedly arranged the armed robbery of a sweatshirt seller.
The Manheim Township Police Department said Friday it has charged Joziah Banchs, 17, as an adult in connection to the robbery.
