RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WZTV) — A state review of property assessments in Rutherford County has concluded, with officials saying the system is now in compliance with state guidance.
In a statement Thursday, Rob Mitchell said the Tennessee Division of Property Assessments confirmed the county’s appraisal system is operating with a high degree of accuracy following its review.
