Picture this, a neighbor knocks on your door and tells you that you’re not allowed to have two big birds in your front yard only in the back. First of all, the neighbor should not have to enforce the rules. Everyone should be made aware of the rules. Now you have hard feelings between neighbors. If we allow people to put anything they want to in their front yard all the neighborhoods are going to end up looking like the original section of The Villages. There’s also going to be a lot of mad people one reason I moved here is because everything is so beautiful. And most people seem to get along very well together. If you are going to do away with the anonymous complaint, you need to let Community Watch turn people in or you are really going to have a problem.
