77k statements sent to drivers without E-ZPass following all-electronic tolling

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority sent more than 77,000 bills to drivers without an E-ZPass in the first weeks after switching to all-electronic tolling on Powhite Parkway.

From March 20 to April 7, the RMTA mailed 77,136 statements to drivers using the pay-by-plate system.
