ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The woman who was accused of fatally stabbing her stepfather has been acquitted after a jury agreed she was acting in self-defense.
Police said 49-year-old Gary Morgan was stabbed multiple times in the area of Dewey and Driving Park avenues. He later died of his injuries in the hospital.
