Roaches & Rodents: Several Palm Beach County restaurants temporarily closed

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Four Palm Beach County restaurants were briefly shut down after inspectors uncovered pests, sanitation issues, and food safety violations.

Each establishment has since reopened following follow-up inspections that confirmed corrective actions were taken.

The restaurant was ordered closed on April 2 due to health violations, including the discovery of 35 rodent droppings found in various areas of the kitchen.

In addition, inspectors reported two live roaches in the kitchen and at least three flies in the bar area. They also noted standing water in the kitchen, along with accumulations of grease, food debris, dirt, and slime…
