University of Toledo researchers hit the road to see how harmful algal blooms impact health

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Researchers at the University of Toledo are recruiting participants for a study examining the long-term health impact of harmful algal blooms.

The Great Lakes Aerosol Monitoring Research Study, or GLAMR, aims to determine if airborne toxins from the blooms are causing health problems in northwest Ohio residents.
