SAN ANTONIO — A woman and man are charged with capital murder in the deaths of the woman’s mother and stepfather, Medina County officials said.
Officials say they received a call on Wednesday with a report that Stephen Rehbein failed to report to work.
Deputies went to his home in the 3300 block of County Road 265 in Mico, Texas, and found evidence of foul play. They began tracking Rehbein’s car using available technology and found it was in the Corpus Christi area.
