DE SOTO, Iowa — A Heinz57 Pet Rescue and Transport told WHO 13 News there is a great need for foster homes.
The center is looking for a foster home for Flint, a high-energy, affectionate, playful dog who has grown calmer with his current foster home. Amy Heinz explained how the fostering certification and training works.
