The Night Stalker was a serial killer from El Paso who terrorized L.A. in the 80’s. He also terrorized his niece in El Paso and now she’s talking about it in a new book.
Rosie Juárez was the niece of serial killer Richard Ramirez, aka the “Night Stalker”, who was sentenced to death for, (at least), 13 murders that the Judge said “showed “cruelty, callousness and viciousness beyond any human understanding“.
