Man at ‘highest level’ of Green Bay drug trafficking ring appears in court

GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Bond was set at $250,000 cash Friday for a man described by a prosecutor as being “at the highest level” of a drug trafficking operation.

Quincy Shields has not been charged but was in court Friday for a bond hearing. He returns to court April 30. A criminal complaint is expected to be filed by then.
