SKIATOOK, Okla. – A Skiatook man has been declared incompetent to stand trial for a second time and will now be hospitalized for treatment.

A judge ruled Jacob Gilmartin is not competent to face charges in a case where he is accused of throwing a knife at his 10-year-old stepson, causing a serious injury.
