‘I should learn boundaries’: Portland man accused of groping woman on MAX train

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An Oregon man is behind bars after he assaulted a woman while she was boarding a TriMet MAX train at Pioneer Square in Portland this week, according to court documents.

Michael Bogdos, 58, was arrested by TriMet police April 7 and charged with third degree sex abuse, interfering with public transportation and second degree disorderly conduct.

According to charging documents, the woman boarded the train just after 4 p.m. She saw a man later identified as Bogdos also board while carrying a pillow, a magazine, and what reportedly appeared to be a jar of urine.

The documents say Bogdos threw his belongs onto the chair and then asked the woman to hand them to him before throwing the items at the woman…
