Brunswick Cops Name Grand Theft Suspect And Non-Support Fugitive In Wanted Wednesday Blast

Brunswick police turned their weekly “Wanted Wednesday” spotlight on two men this week, naming Kenneth R. Barlow and Jose D. Caraballo in a social-media post. The department said both are wanted on fourth-degree felony charges: Barlow in connection with alleged grand theft and vandalism, and Caraballo for failing to appear on multiple non-support counts. Officers warned residents not to approach either man and to call in tips to law enforcement instead.

According to a Brunswick Division of Police Facebook post, Barlow (date of birth July 1, 1972) is wanted on one count of grand theft and one count of vandalism. Jose D. Caraballo (date of birth Sept. 26, 1974) is listed as wanted for failure to appear on three counts of non-support of dependents.
