FRANCONIA, Va. (DC News Now) — The Fairfax County Police Department has opened a new police station in Franconia.
On Saturday, April 11, police are having a grand opening of the Franconia Police Station, located at 7170 Silver Lake Boulevard in Alexandria.

The grand opening will begin with a ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m. Guests will also be given station tours, meet officers, and learn about the services the department provides.
