Crews to temporarily close westbound 150 ramp to MD 700 in Middle River on Monday

MIDDLE RIVER, MD—State transportation officials and CSX Transportation will temporarily close the ramp from westbound MD 150 to northbound MD 700 in Baltimore County on Monday for maintenance work.

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration announced Friday that the ramp, which connects Eastern Boulevard to Martin Boulevard in Middle River, will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 13. The closure is necessary to allow crews to repair and resurface the asphalt roadway approach to the single railroad track that crosses the ramp.

While the work is underway, motorists will be directed to follow a marked detour. Drivers should continue westbound on MD 150 for 1.4 miles, turn left onto Stemmers Run Road, and then turn left onto Old Eastern Boulevard.
