BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — WIVB News 4 is working to learn more about a major car crash that took place near Elmwood Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda on Friday afternoon.
A vehicle struck a utility pole near Elmwood Avenue around 4 p.m. Elmwood Avenue was closed between Waverly Avenue and Ferndale Avenue as a result of the crash, according to NITTEC.
