Spotty showers possible into Saturday, unsettled weather next week

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) -A frontal boundary will kick up the chance for some scattered showers and an isolated storm this evening into Saturday. Several systems will bring almost daily chances for showers/storms next week.

For the rest of the afternoon anticipate partly cloudy skies, highs will range in the upper 70s. A frontal boundary will kick up the chance for some scattered showers/storms. The severe threat is low but some small hail can’t be ruled out. Showers and storms fizzle tonight as temperatures settle into the mid to upper 50s.

The stalled frontal boundary will remain draped to our south Saturday. With the heating of the day and the frontal boundary nearby, a spot shower or storm can’t be ruled out, but most will stay dry. Highs on Saturday will top out in the upper 70s. Temperatures will cool into the upper 50s to around 60 overnight…
