MADISON COUNTY, Ala (WHNT) — A Madison County judge has consolidated lawsuits against a former church day care employee who is accused of sex abuse, the church and the day care.
According to court documents, a judge consolidated two of the civil cases against former Trinity United Methodist, the Child Development Center and former worker Cameron White, though the status of a third case is currently unclear.
The cases were filed by the families of children they say were victimized by White, who faces several criminal sex abuse charges for behavior while working at the day care.
