LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Manheim Township police are pursuing two men who they say were involved in a scheme that scammed a Lancaster retirement community out of over $100,000.
Sandro Dzigoshvili, 36, of Brooklyn, New York, and Shawn Martin, 59, of Denver, Colorado, are both wanted as of Friday evening.
