Horry County considers 15-foot buffer ordinance for wetlands protection

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Horry County Council will consider a landscaping ordinance that would require a 15-foot buffer from all wetlands for any developments in the county.

The first reading of the ordinance is scheduled for April 21. It was originally set for March 17.
