Fort Worth’s Leon Bridges says he’s ‘gearing up to drop a new album’

One of Fort Worth’s favorite sons is working on a new project.

Leon Bridges announced Thursday evening at a fundraiser for his nonprofit The Big Good that he’s working on a new album. This would be the crooner’s first record since his namesake 2024 effort — “Leon.”
