PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Due to safety concerns, Prince George’s County Department of Parks and Recreation is closing a bridge in College Park, according to the city.
In an announcement on X, the city of College Park said the bridge along the Rhode Island Trolley Trail between Campus Drive and Paint Branch Trail will need to be closed starting Thursday, April 16.
Repairs are expected to take around six weeks, with a tentative reopening by May 28.
