MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WXIX) — A child is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle that fled the scene Friday in Middletown, according to Middletown police.
According to police, Middletown dispatchers received a call about a crash at Breiel Boulevard and Lefferson Road at around 5:48 p.m. involving a juvenile on a bicycle.
