Eli Tomac and Hunter Lawrence posted the quickest and second-fastest speeds in the first qualification session at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
The two riders who share the red plate in Nashville landed on top of the second session board, also, with Tomac (51.408) besting Lawrence Hunter Lawrence (51.572) by .164 seconds. The clock has reset. Each race matters in the sprint to the finale.
