SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WJAR) — The Rhode Island Department of Transportation said that it will be shifting all travel lanes on the Douglas Pike Bridge in Smithfield on April 12.
The lane shifts will occur where the bridge passes over Interstate 295 North.
