HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — The city of Hopewell announced it will begin construction to improve stormwater systems in the Anchor Point Community on Monday.
The city of Hopewell announced in a press release that starting Monday, April 13 at 8 a.m., it will begin construction to improve the stormwater system in the Anchor Point Community and is expected to continue for about two weeks.
