CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A male juvenile was arrested early Saturday morning after police say he stole a vehicle in Cedar Rapids.
Cedar Rapids Police were called about a vehicle being stolen from the Wellington Heights area just after 1 a.m.
