A new court date has been set for a Rockford man charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation at a Pizza Hut.
Gordon Michaelson, 48, appeared in court on April 10, and a pretrial conference was scheduled for May 18, according to documents.
Around 5 p.m. on Jan. 31, deputies were dispatched to the Pizza Hut on West Lane Road in Machesney Park in response to a “disorderly DoorDasher.” According to the article, Michaelson believed personnel at the restaurant “stole” money from him during a previous order and demanded that the pizza company reimburse him.
