PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — More than 10,000 Portland-area residents experienced power outages on Saturday morning, according to Portland General Electric.
Around 9:45 a.m., the utility company’s website showed nearly 16 active outages throughout the metro area, impacting around 12,000 of its customers. The number of outages dropped to four around 11:30 a.m., impacting about 12 customers.

PGE revealed a majority of the outages were affecting Multnomah County. Customers across Clackamas, Washington, Columbia, and Marion counties were impacted as well.
