Tacoma may have received a taste of May flowers, but now it’s back to April showers.
Dev McMillian, a forecaster for The National Weather Service’s Seattle field office, told The News Tribune it will be a cloudier weekend, a “sharp contrast” to the warmer temperatures earlier this week.
“We were about 10 degrees above average as far as high temperatures go this time of the year yesterday, and the day previously was warm as well, but today, we’re flipping the pattern,” McMillian said on April 11. “[We’re] transitioning to a cooler, more showery regime, as you may have seen so far today, and a lot of that will continue into tomorrow as we sort o freturn back to near-seasonal averages this time of year.”…
