A woman was rushed to the hospital early Saturday morning after she was rescued from a house fire in Parchester neighborhood of The Bronx, the New York City Fire Department said. The fire sparked overnight with large flames that shot into the dark sky.
The unidentified woman is at Jacobi Hospital in critical condition. The fire also left several families out of their home for now.
The fire broke out around 3:30 A.M in a second floor apartment. The rescued woman lived in that unit and was trapped inside. Other tenants say that they ran up to the floor, banging on people’s doors to try to help…
