CLEVELAND (WJW) — The FOX 8 I-Team has found a special meeting has been set for this week so that Brook Park City Council can continue considering a proposal that would bring $24.8 million dollars in to pay for start-up costs as the city prepares for a new Browns stadium complex.
In exchange, the city would waive sale taxes on building and construction materials.
