Dozens of family members, friends and loved ones gathered in Harrisburg on Saturday evening for a balloon release honoring Ta’Mar Shaw.
The gathering took place near 14th and Market streets, where Shaw was fatally stabbed around 10:45 p.m. April 6.
Laughter, cries and music filled the street as people prepared to release the balloons.
