HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) – Local police departments now have a new resource for missing persons, thanks to the all-volunteer Horry County Search and Rescue (HCSAR) Team.
The idea for a local SAR team came from Jeff Anderson following his move to the area two years ago.
