PROVIDENCE, RI — The Providence Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that caused serious injuries.
The incident occurred Wednesday between 10 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. at Bridgham Street and Dodge Street.
