ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two men both facing murder charges in separate cases are set to go on trial Monday.
Rajab Banahi
A man accused of killing his parents and sister inside their Henrietta home three years ago is expected to face a judge this week.
Rajab Banahi’s bench trial is set to start Monday. A bench trial means the judge alone will decide his fate with no jury.
Before the murders, Banahi served time for assaulting his father at the same home 18 months earlier and assaulting a Strong Hospital employee in 2021.
