Folk singer and songwriter Sam Robbins will be featured in the Toledo Lucas County Public Library’s Live at the Library free music series from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Mr. Robbins is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and a past contestant on NBC’s The Voice.
