ULSTER — A Schenectady driver was arrested on April 8 deep in the Hudson Valley after he allegedly attempted to evade State Police in a chase that reached speeds as high as 115 mph.
At about 7 p.m. that evening, State Police said troopers observed a driver of a 2026 Nissan Altima traveling north on Interstate 87 in Plattekill committing multiple traffic violations.
